Difficulty sleeping

I first saw Barbara after having spent a year undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I was very stressed and found relaxing difficult and I also had a very painful shoulder. After one session I had the first good nights sleep I had had in over a year. Now after several sessions I feel much more positive and relaxed and the pain in my shoulder has much improved. Barbara provides a quiet, confidential and very professional service.

Session for the whole family

When my baby was teething and having trouble sleeping Barbara suggested craniosacral therapy for him.  The night after this first session he was much more settled and woke less, as the week went on he was settling better and a week later we had our first uninterrupted nights sleep in months! Barbara helped me with my neck issues and again I felt an instant relief following the first session.  Both my baby and five year old look forward to their sessions with Barbara- oh and me too of course! She makes you feel totally at ease and is both caring and professional at the same time.

How it helped my depression

I actually met Barbara through my baby son and didn't know anything about craniosacral therapy, but she explained it to me and I decided to give it a go. 
Over the past few years I've had abdominal surgeries, IVF and an extremely premature baby so I was stressed, depressed and extremely exhausted.  The first session was amazing and I felt like a different person. I have since had several more sessions and Barbara has worked her magic on most of my problems. I am much more relaxed, less stressed and most of my aches and pains have gone so I am sleeping better.  Barbara provides a very quiet, comfortable environment in which to have the treatment and she is very professional.
