It was a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the Well Being Gathering yesterday that raised over £2000 for Clic Sargent the Children's Cancer Charity.  Over sixty people attended and took part in pilates classes, ate delicious homemade cakes and enjoyed the incredible raffle. Eight people enjoyed 20 minute taster sessions of Craniosacral Therapy with really positive feedback and they were amazed that this light touch therapy can achieve powerful results in just a short time. It was an honour to give something to this charity that supports families who have children with cancer, something that has affects my really good friend. 

I am proud to be part of this Well Being Gathering which is to raise money for the charity Clic Sargent which is a charity that supported my best friend and her 15 year old daughter Hannah when she was diagnosis with Hodgkin Lymphoma.  I will be offering 20 minute taster sessions of Craniosacral Therapy for £10 with all of the money going directly to the charity.  There will also be Pilates Reflexology and a raffle with amazing prizes. I have received a lovely message today from a client who has had a few treatments and has felt these treatments to be life changing. The power of such a gentle treatment is incredible. The body stores emotions in many different ways. Sometimes these emotions get in the way of the body functioning at its best and dysfunction occurs.  Craniosacral therapy works with the physical and emotional addressing the tissue memory to bring function back to the body.
