How you support your immune system

It is more important than ever to have a healthy immune system with an increase in cases of Covid 19 in the UK.

Things you can do include:

Maintain a balance diet containing a variety of foods including fruit, vegetables pulses and fibre.
Take a Vitamin D supplement 
Take moderate exercise 
Aim for 8 hours sleep per night
Reduce stress levels 
Limit your consumption of alcohol
