Clients are turning to Craniosacral therapy for the missing piece of the jigsaw in their recovery from Long Covid.  Clients with Long Covid often report chronic fatigue, foggy head, poor sleep and numerous other collection of symptoms.
Craniosacaral Therapy is a holistic treatment that looks at the client and their condition as a whole person. With particular emphasis on working with the Craniosacral system and the mobilising of cerebral spinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord.

One clients reported feeling like their head was feels full and there is a blockage. During the session we the cranial bones and membranes released and allowed for an improvement in the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. Following treatment they felt clearer, lighter and slept better.

It is reported during Covid and in Long Covid there is a cytokine storm in the body, which is where the innate immune system causes an excesses inflammatory response. During a craniosacaral therapy session we work with the immune system, tuning in and creating rebalance in the body.
